These are reminders of important tasks you need to prioritize

Decide what tasks need to be accomplished first. This will help you plan your week.

Success While at Home

Create a Space In Your Home Where You Can Focus on Class and Any Work.

  • Have an area to be productive and an area to relax.
  • Make a space with less distractions.
  • Create some silent noise to focus on the assignment.
  • Work at a desk or table to center your energy on assignments rather than laying in bed, which might be comfy, but it can ruin your productivity

Be Creative!

  • A more productive mindset can come from people who take time to express themselves creatively.
  • Think of ideas to express yourself through photography, doodling, writing, reading, painting, cooking, sewing, playing an instrument, learning a new skill, or starting a journal.
  • Take time out of your schedule to be creative and relax.

Eat a Well Balanced Diet

  • To maintain academic excellence during online class, it’s important to maintain a balanced diet and drink plenty of water to ensure a productive mindset for your assignments and classes.
  • Eating healthy improves your cognitive performance and productivity.
  • Limit amount of processed food.
  • Have healthy snacks available.
  • Eating breakfast can improve productivity in the early hours.

Engage Your Mind

  • Even though classes are remote, don’t forget to challenge your mind during this stressful time.
  • Take time to read a book, learn a new language, talk to professors about your future plans for internships or possible research opportunities, or memorize every country in the world.
  • Remote learning can feel like a break, but don’t forgot to engage your mind and take time to learn something new.
